The most precious gift you can give others is your full and complete attention.
Sometimes we're 'there' with our phone, with other thoughts, being occupied by something else that we don't fully 'there' for someone. First practice is to give your full attention to whom you're having a conversation with.
Second is to learn to accept and allow. Bring your awareness to listen and accept as it is. Allowing is the most expanding word.
Last but not least, judge no others and feel the compassion. It takes a patience to do all of this. We're a human and designed to be judgmental. You can't not judge, but you can choose to redirect your judgment.
Hold space and allow expansion. Being present is a great thing.
