How to be mindful when you don't feel like meditating

 

Sometimes it's hard to find a time to meditate or be motivated. I want to share few tips on what I do when I feel exactly that.

First, having a morning routine sometimes help. When you wake up and make your coffee, take a moment to smell and maybe step outside for a bit. Breathe in and out.

Look up more. Take a glimpse at the moon and stars. Enjoy the sunset more. Being close to nature is so nourishing, take that moment to breathe.

Surround yourself with people who lift you up. It is so critical! The energy goes around and comes around. It is so incredible how being around people who get you and understand you and be able to talk to make the whole world different.

So there you have it. Honestly, mindfulness can be found everywhere when you choose it to be. Don't limit yourself and keep going. ♥️
