Today, I'm going to share my 5 tips for healthy detox that can stick with you easy! You ready?
1. SET AN INTENTION ✨
It's so much more achievable when you set date and time for your goal. I recommend dedicating 3-day or a week detox schedule to get you going. Once you set your mind in advance, you're more ready to take control.
2. EAT SIMPLE MEAL ✨
Here are some easy-to-digest food you can eat during.
Light vegetable soup/ Steamed or sauteed veggies like broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, cabbage/ Basmati rice, quinoa/ Spices like ginger, cumin, coriander/ Fresh berries.
Animal & dairy products/ Canned & microwaved food/ Fried food/ Alcohol & caffein.
3. DRINK WATER ✨
It is critical to stay hydrated in order to flush toxins. It is recommended to drink 8 of 8oz filtered water daily, but do best you can. You know when you're hydrated enough.
4. DAILY EXERCISE ✨
Move around your body. Do a quick 10-minute yoga at home. Get a little sweat going.
5. MEDITATE ✨
Last but not least, meditate. Use meditation to be the vehicle that can help your mind and body to flow. By connecting with yourself and nature, you'll feel much better about the process. And remember, feeling good is the most important thing!
